To Uninstall / Remove AntiVira AV Virus ( Removal Guide )


The AntiVira AV virus is a scam and you should ignore any message displayed by the malware. Now that your system has this virus, you will notice that you are unable to run any application, game or any other program. 1.Shutdown and then turn on the PC.

    3.Select the ‘Safe Mode with Networking’ option and then press ENTER.
    4.When Windows manages to successfully loads the files, it means that your computer has been booted into Safe Mode with Networking.

      7.Now, you have to download Rkill.com application from here. This is the program that will stop the AntiVira AV virus processes from running and so you will be capable of installing the Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware. 8.Place Rkill on the infected PC desktop.
      9.Launch Rkill.com program and wait until it manages to stop all the malicious processes from running. Please note that the virus will try to block Rkill, by displaying several fake alerts, in which case you will have to keep launching Rkill.com program and leave those messages open. In this way, Rkill will try to bypass the virus and so it has bigger chances of stopping it from running. However, in case RKill won’t be able to stop the virus, then you will have to try and use one of the following tools:  iExplore.exe or eXplorer.exe. These two are very similar to RKill and one of them might do the trick and stop the virus from running. When AntiVira AV virus has been stopped you should get straight to to the next step.
      10.Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware from here. This is the program that will get rid of the virus.
      When the download of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware is complete and you have placed it on the infected PC desktop, then you need to close all running applications and opened windows.
      11.Install Malwarebytes’ by double clicking its setup installer. Do not change any default setting that you encounter in the installation process. The only thing that you have to remember, is to make sure that both options, Launch and Update Malwarebytes’, which are displayed at the last installer screen, are both checked. Click Finish and get to the next step. Do Not Restart the computer, get straight to the next step.
      Now Malwarebytes’ will start and if it asks you again to update it, just click OK and you will be taken to its main screen, as it already performed such updating action.
      12.Malwarebytes’ should be displaying its main Scanner screen. Here you have to select ‘Perform Full Scan’ option and then click the ‘Scan’ button, which will start the search for all the AntiVira AV virus related files. 13.Now you have to wait until MBAM completes the scan process.
      14.When the scanning process is complete, Malwarebytes’ will notify you via a confirmation dialog. Click Ok and get to the next step.
      15.Now you should see the MBAM’s Scanner menu once again, click Show Results and you will be taken to the scanning search results which should contain all the AntiVira AV virus related files.
      16.To remove the AntiVira AV and all the other malware files, you have to click the “Remove Selected” button. Please note that Malwarebytes’ will start removing the virus files and at some point of the removal process it will ask you to restart the PC; allow it to do that and when Windows resumes, MBAM will continue the removal process.
      17.When Malwarebytes’ has finished removing the virus and AntiVira AV malware is no longer present on your computer, you will notice a Notepad window popping up with info about the scanning process. Review it and when you’re done close Notepad.
      18.Now that the virus has been removed, you can close Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware program.19.
